I can't remember my password
Click 'forgot password' on the login page to reset your password.

Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Specific software is not required. You will be provided with a weblink to the virtual event platform. Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use Internet Explorer or Safari, we recommend that you download Chrome prior to the event.

What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers. Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.

Do I need a microphone or camera to participate?
No. Interaction is via the chat and question functions.

How do I watch a live session?
Click 'Watch Live' on the day, which will be located in the top banner.

How do I submit a question to the speaker during a session?
At the bottom of the 'Live Stream' page there is a questions section where you submit any questions to the speaker during their talk. Do not use the chat function to ask the speaker a question. The chat function is for engaging with other delegates.

What is the difference between Formal CPD & Informal CPD?
Attending the Online Conference live is considered an online guided learning course, and as such will qualify for Formal PD points. You may claim a maximum of 8 FORMAL PD Points for watching the online conference live.
If you are not able to watch the entire conference live, then you may claim formal points for the number of hours you were able to watch live. In order to receive these formal points, you will need to be logged into the platform and watching the live stream.

If you watch the recordings post event you may claim Informal PD Points for this. You may claim a maximum of 12 points for watching the entire recording or you may claim the number of points for the number of recorded hours you watched.

You may claim Formal PD Points for watching the live stream and Informal PD Points for watching the recordings of the presentations that you missed.

Please see the professional development guidelines for more information about what types of events attract formal or informal points and what information must be provided when logging your points.

How do I access my CPD?
Click the box with your initials in the top right menu and click “My PD Points”. From here, you can view both your Formal & Informal PD points, download your summary certificate or email your certificates. If you download your certificate, this will only show a summary of points earned. If you require a certificate with the breakdown of the presentations viewed and points earned per presentation, you will need to select email your certificate. When you email your certificates, you will receive 2 attachments in the email, one will be a summary of points, and the other will have a breakdown of where the points were earned by watching the presentations.
